Service M8 is an application which has been used by many of our trade professionals who want to be able to connect to their accounting package while out and about, on the road, on a job etc. This application can connect to your smart phone or iPad. It allows you to access client and job details, view staff locations and schedule, dispatch jobs and generate quotes or invoices – all remotely. 

Deputy is a rostering and timesheet application which keeps track of staff time and attendance which exports directly to payroll with your approval. It can also be used as your workplace communication tool rather than email or SMS, it also allows you to create and assign tasks to staff and notifies you when they’re done. Deputy is available on both the App Store and Google Play.

Kounta is a point of sale application system which can work on any mobile device. It is used by some of our hospitality and retail clients to help them process transactions on the go. It is a dream for wait-staff, it connects with your check-out, pops the cash drawer, prints receipts and much more.

Reciept Bank is a bookkeeping app which helps you save valuable hours by pulling information from receipts and invoices quickly which can then by published directly to your cloud accounting package. It is compatible with both iPhone and Android and has expense options and varying access levels for each member of your team. Receipt Bank also allows you to create rules to automate transfer information.
