We are pleased that our community is now well on the way to re-opening in a way that we can all work and interact together again. Increasingly this will mean our office will be able to function with a higher capacity of staff on site and we will be more available to meet with you in person.

As the restrictions continue to ease, we would like to advise you of our firm's agreed practice to best manage everyone's health and safety during this period.

Our condition of entry
It is a condition of entry to West Carr & Harvey’s premises that all visitors show proof of full vaccination upon arrival. This information will only be required to be sighted by our staff at reception and will not be collected.

Throughout the pandemic, as a firm we have been careful to follow the advice from the Federal and State Governments to ensure we operate in the safest way possible while continuing to service our clients. We are committed to ensuring that our practices during the gradual reopening of our region are carried out in line with the Government's roadmap.

How will it work?
Upon arrival, we will ask that all visitors over the age of 16 demonstrate that they are fully vaccinated or have a medical exemption. The quickest and easiest way to show proof of vaccination is by adding your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app on your phone.

To add your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app, you’ll need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have the latest version of the Service Victoria app installed on your phone.

You’ll also need:

  • Your Medicare online account or Individual Healthcare Identifier linked to your myGov account
  • The latest version of the Express Plus Medicare app installed on your phone.

You can add your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app from the Express Plus Medicare app or your myGov account. The easiest way is through the Express Plus Medicare app.

Once you’ve added your COVID-19 digital certificate to your Service Victoria app, it will show proof of vaccination each time you check in to a venue.

If you are unable to show this proof, we will respectfully ask that your appointment be made as a video conference or phone call for the time being.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we endeavour to best safeguard our staff, clients, families and community.

If you have any questions about this process please feel free to contact us.
